Pre-launch applications
Tell us about your work, requested features and organization in the Founding 100 application.
Start with the right expectations. TourAssist is in pre-launch: applications are open, access is selected, and the first product is a private web app.
No. The Founding 100 is a selected group, not the first 100 form submissions. We review experience, consistent use and useful perspectives before offering access.
No. The current release is a responsive web app accessed through your browser. Native iPhone distribution is not available yet. Approved members receive the correct access link during onboarding.
An Auth0 account verifies who you are; it does not automatically approve TourAssist membership. Use the exact email you were invited with. An unapproved or revoked account cannot open private tour records.
Your six-month free period begins when your selected-member access is activated—not when you apply. The next six months are offered at 50% off the announced Pro price. Paid billing is not currently open.
No. Each person should use their own verified account, with access assigned to their role. Independent team onboarding opens only after tour isolation and file access checks are complete.
Yes. The program welcomes people who consistently work one-night shows as well as touring artists, managers, musicians, crews, industry leaders and labels.
The website does not direct you to an unverified email address. Use the appropriate route below.

Open Feedback inside your signed-in workspace. Submissions are saved to the database and visible to you and the TourAssist owner. Email notifications are not required for the inbox to receive them.
A verified support mailbox and security-reporting channel are still being connected. During onboarding, use the contact instructions provided by the TourAssist team.
Final Privacy and Terms pages are pending the confirmed business identity and support contact. This section is a product explanation, not a substitute for those policies. Do not submit confidential tour packets during public pre-launch application intake.
The form collects your name, email, optional phone, role, optional organization, show frequency, expected use, experience, workflow challenges and requested features. It is saved in Cloudflare D1 for selection and onboarding review.
The homepage uses a Nashville example unless you press “Use my location.” If you allow it, rounded coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud to display local weather and a place name. The example hotel and venue do not become real bookings for your location.
No. The marketing conversation is an interactive illustration with example answers. The private app has separate permission-scoped AI code; real-member production usage still needs verification.
Bring your everyday workflow—not a perfect tour. We want to know what makes the work harder and what would make it simpler.
