Is the program really limited to 100 people?
Yes. Launch enrollment closes when 100 founding members have been selected. After that, new users join Tour Assist through paid plans.
Who are you selecting?
We are intentionally building a balanced group: consistent working artists and crews, experienced tour and production professionals, respected industry leaders, and representatives from labels, agencies, and management organizations.
How does the offer work?
Selected members receive Tour Assist Pro free for their first six months, followed by 50% off Pro for months seven through twelve.
What participation is expected?
We are looking for members who will use Tour Assist regularly, meet with us one-on-one to discuss the features they need and provide ongoing, practical feedback.
Do I need a credit card?
No. A credit card is not required to begin the six-month free period.
How do I download the app?
Selected members receive download and onboarding instructions as part of their acceptance. Apply now so we can confirm your place before the first 100 spots are filled.
Do I need to be on a major tour?
No. Consistency matters more than tour size. Artists, managers and crews who regularly work one-night shows are encouraged to apply, even if they are not currently on a multi-date tour.
What happens after I apply?
We review your experience, perspective, how consistently you tour or work shows, expected product use, and biggest operational challenge. Selected applicants receive a one-on-one meeting invitation, download details, and onboarding instructions.
