VenueAssist · Founding Venues Phase

Help shape the way
venues run.

Your venue stays. The events change. VenueAssist is a separate product in development for the people coordinating every incoming artist, wedding, conference and event. We’re inviting a few select venue operators to help shape it through practical, regular feedback.

YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERSBuild around real work.Bring your venue’s routines, recurring headaches and the details that generic software misses.
A SEPARATE PRODUCTWorks beyond touring.Live-music rooms, theatres, wedding venues, hotels, event spaces and cultural venues are welcome. Your clients do not need TourAssist.

Proposed venue workspace

One venue.
Every incoming event.

These capabilities describe the product direction, not features available to use today.

A permanent venue profile.

Contacts, capacity, stage and equipment, loading access, parking, accessibility, house rules and standard documents—with venue-specific fields and workflows.

An operational event calendar.

Holds, confirmed bookings, cancellations and past events. Each event would keep its contacts, agenda, deadlines, responsibilities and unresolved questions together.

Advancing without ambiguity.

Compare requests against venue provision across production, labor, hospitality and security. Clearly distinguish requested, available, confirmed and unresolved items.

People who know what’s theirs.

Event conversations, approvals and tasks with named owners. No claim that a message was delivered or acknowledged without a verified status.

Documents with review built in.

Private riders, advances, schedules and stage plots. Proposed AI assistance would summarize authorized information and flag missing details, with human review before confirmation.

Access that fits the venue.

Separate permissions for managers, production, hospitality, security, finance and invited event contacts. Contracts and financial records would have additional access boundaries.

Separate products · optional connection

Hand in hand.
Not one shared database.

TourAssist follows a touring team. VenueAssist serves a venue and its staff. Each product has its own records and subscription.

The future connection would be optional and limited to explicitly authorized information for one event. It would not expose a tour’s unrelated dates, hotels, finances or private files. Ownership, change history, conflict resolution and access expiry must be defined and tested before this connection is released. VenueAssist would also work independently, including events with no touring team.
Pricing direction · not on sale yet

Designed for one venue.
Priced for ongoing use.

Proposed pricing is $99 per month per venue or $999 annually. Final terms will be confirmed before purchase.

Configuration + support

Both plans are intended to include venue-specific setup of supported fields, templates and workflows, an onboarding conversation, and ongoing product support. The scope and support response expectations will be agreed before activation.

Clear boundaries

This is not unlimited custom development or 24/7 support. Bespoke integrations and new feature development would need a separate agreed scope. Founding Venues benefits are separate from TourAssist’s six-month-free offer and have not been finalized.

A few select venues

Bring your perspective.
Help shape the product.

We’re looking for venue managers and operators who regularly host events, can describe their workflow, and will share practical feedback. If selected, we’ll arrange a one-on-one conversation. No credit card or confidential event documents are needed.

Applying does not guarantee selection or immediate app access. There is no published venue quota or countdown. If you need to amend an application, use the same email and venue name and request a review through your selection contact. Privacy expectations →
